Mia {Baptism Day}

My beautiful little niece, Mia.

She is the sweetest little baby!

We recently attended her baptism on a visit home.

I love that she wore the same necklace that 

her older sister wore on her baptism day.

Traditions carried on...

Connections between sisters...

After the ceremony I spent a few moments photographing her....

I love baptisms.

I do.

I think there's something so wonderful about 

a group of people coming together to celebrate a child.

There's such a feeling of joy and pure innocence....

A renewal of spirit for those in attendance....

I like to look around the space and 

see all of the adults and children gathered....watching hopefully.

It always reminds me that it takes a village to raise a child.

And on this special day, many of us gathered to celebrate Luke 

and all of the love we have for him.
