{Baptism}

I love baptisms.

I do.

I think there's something so wonderful about 

a group of people coming together to celebrate a child.

There's such a feeling of joy and pure innocence....

A renewal of spirit for those in attendance....

I like to look around the space and 

see all of the adults and children gathered....watching hopefully.

It always reminds me that it takes a village to raise a child.

And on this special day, many of us gathered to celebrate Luke 

and all of the love we have for him.

Maria: 4 months

Can it be that she's four months already?!  

How is this possible?! 

They grow soooo quickly, don't they?

Today was very different from the first time I photographed her.

Today she smiled and cooed and raised her eyebrows as I spoke to her.

She looked around the room following her mom's voice.

She grasped her fingers and giggled. 

She's growing into her own personality.

And I'm so grateful to be part of her life...
